Available Positions

Full-Time Teller: Tulsa

Reports to: Branch Manager, Operations Supervisor, and/or Head Teller
Supervises: None

Job Summary

Responsible for providing excellent customer service by handling routine financial transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and payments. Ensure accuracy in all transactions, maintain security standards, and promote the Credit Union’s products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Assist members with transactions including cash handling, debits & credits, and cash management.
  • Promote credit union services such as consumer loans, debit/credit cards, and safe deposit boxes
  • Maintain and strengthen member relationships through effective relationship management strategies.
  • Detect and prevent fraud by monitoring transactions and identifying suspicious activity.
  • Utilize financial software for transaction processing, record keeping, and reporting purposes.
  • Perform basic math calculations accurately
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Support compliance with regulations and internal policies during all operations
  • Collaborate with colleagues and management to ensure seamless daily branch operations
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Strong numerical and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, honest, and able to work under pressure
  • Proficiency with computers and basic banking software
  • Prior cash-handling or customer service experience is highly desirable
