Online Banking FAQs
Once on the website, click the Login button and then click the online banking link. You will then click “Set up your info” and follow the steps.
Your User ID default is always your member account number.
Hover over the Transfer tab and click Scheduled Transfers.
Hover over the Transfer tab and choose which type of transfer you would like.

A2A and P2P FAQs
Mobile App:
- Log in
- Press the person icon on the account you want to move money from
- Select the contact
- Enter the amount you want to send
Online Banking:
- Log in
- Click on the name of the person you want to send money to
- Click Pay Contact
- Choose the account you want to move money from and enter the amount
The transfer fee is $1.00 per transaction.

- Click on P2P and A2A
- Click on Accounts/Contacts
- Add Account
- Enter other financial institution information
It is free to transfer funds on online banking through A2A. There is a $1.00 fee on the mobile app.
The transfer will appear in your account between 2 and 3 business days.
Bill Pay FAQs
Bill Pay is a secure online service offered to our members to make paying your bill easier and faster to anyone in the United States from your Red Crown checking account.
You can set up Bill Pay as a one-time payment, schedule payments, and set it up as a recurring payment. Bill Pay will save you money by no longer needing to order checks and buy stamps.
You must have a checking account to use Bill Pay.
- Click on the Bill Pay Tab
- Steps will be listed to get set up for Bill Pay
- Accept Disclosures
- Enter primary user information and account address (Make sure the SSN has no dashes)
- Click Submit
- Once submitted, it can take up to 24 hours to receive Bill Pay access
- You will be notified by email that you have Bill Pay access
There is no charge for paying a payment through Bill Pay.
Mobile App FAQs
A two-day hold is placed on all remote deposits. Once the hold is released, the funds will be available.
You can only change your password through online banking.
E-Statement FAQs
You can set up E-Statements through online banking, over the phone, or by visiting the branch.
With online banking, click the tab for E-Statements, and you will be auto-enrolled. You will receive a confirmation email.
Credit Card FAQs
Once logged into Online Banking, click the Credit Card tab to log into your Mastercard online platform.
When a member makes a payment, regardless of how it is made, it will take three days for the payment to be released.
Example 1:
Mary Member makes a payment after 1:30 PM at a Red Crown location. This payment will not be submitted until Monday. The hold will start on Monday when the payment arrives at the credit card processor, even though the payment will show a posting date of the day it was made at the branch. She can use her funds on Thursday, which is the day after the 3rd business day.
Example 2:
Mark Member makes a payment Tuesday at 10:00 AM on the www.ezcardinfo.com website. This payment will post overnight to his credit card. The three days will start on Wednesday, and he will be able to use his card on Saturday, the day after the 3rd business day.
This is a revolving line of credit, and it is billed monthly. Once the statement closes on the 24th day of the month, then the due date will advance to the next month.
Renewal Cards are mailed in the middle of the month that they expire. The existing cards are valid until the last day of the month.

Payments are due on the 21st of each month.
Yes, you can set up an automatic payment. You may request this in person at any of our branches, through our secure messaging system in online banking, or online at www.ezcardinfo.com
You can make payments by bringing it in or mailing in payment to any of our branches, by transferring funds through online banking, or by going to www.ezcardinfo.com.

You may contact us by secure message through online banking, calling any of our branches, visiting us in person or noting it through www.ezcardinfo.com.
Statements close on the 24th of each month and will be mailed one to two business days afterward. You should receive your statement around the 1st of the following month.
