Wheels for Wishes 2026: Red Crown Credit Union Helps Grant Wishes in Pryor, Oklahoma
On May 16, 2026, the Pryor Tiger Football Stadium was more than a sports venue. Cars lined the field. Families spread across the grounds. Food trucks drew long, happy lines in the morning sun. And somewhere in the middle of it all, a child’s wish moved one step closer to coming true.
Red Crown Credit Union, in partnership with Pryor Public Schools, hosted the 2026 Wheels for Wishes Car Show — a community event built on a simple belief: that the people of northeast Oklahoma show up for each other. Every $25 registration, every sponsor dollar, and every family who walked through those gates contributed directly to Make-A-Wish Oklahoma, granting wishes for children facing critical illnesses.
The result? $8,000 raised in donations, and a day that reminded everyone in attendance why community still matters.
A Day Built for the Community — and a Great Cause
The show ran from 9 AM to 2 PM, with car owners arriving as early as 6:30 AM to claim their spots on the field. By the time judging closed at 1:00 PM, vehicles of every era, style, and story had rolled in — each one representing not just an owner’s pride, but a real contribution to Make-A-Wish Oklahoma.
While the cars drew admiring crowds, the atmosphere was just as much about family and fun. Kids took over the inflatable play area. Neighbors caught up over plates from the food trucks. And throughout the morning, the spirit that defines northeast Oklahoma — generous, proud, and community-first — was impossible to miss.
Admission was free to the public. All $25 car registration fees went directly to Make-A-Wish Oklahoma.
2026 Award Winners
With so many incredible vehicles on display, the judges had their work cut out for them. After careful review, three categories of honors were awarded.
Make-A-Wish Award
The Make-A-Wish Award goes to the vehicle — and owner — that best captures the heart of the event: community, generosity, and the drive to make a difference. This year’s winner earned it on all counts.

Voted on by the crowd, the People’s Choice trophy belongs to the car that drew the most attention and the most votes from attendees. It’s the people’s car — and this year, they chose a clear favorite.

Twenty vehicles earned plaques for Top 20 Best in Show — recognized for their craftsmanship, detail, and the pride their owners brought to the field. Congratulations to every honoree. You made the show.
Why We Do It: Make-A-Wish Oklahoma
Make-A-Wish Oklahoma grants wishes to children between the ages of 2½ and 18 who have been diagnosed with critical illnesses. A single wish has the power to give a child renewed strength, courage, and joy — and it takes a community to make it happen.
