When you sign up for e-statements, that statement arrives in Red Crown online banking, where you can open it, save it, or print it anytime. Instead of waiting for the mail, it’s ready when you are.
If you already use online banking, you can sign up for e-statements yourself in a few minutes. However, if you would rather have someone walk you through it, our team is glad to help.
What Is an E-Statement?
An E-Statement is the electronic version of your account statement. Instead of coming by mail, it arrives in Red Crown online banking.

How to Sign Up for E-Statements in Online Banking
Here’s how to sign up for e-statements from your Red Crown online banking account:
- Log in to Red Crown online banking.
- Click E-Statements.
- Read the disclosures.
- Click the eSign document.
- Open the PDF that downloads.
- Find the code in that PDF and enter it in the eSign Confirmation Code box.
- Click I Agree.
- Choose the E-Statement options you want.

Not Using Online Banking Yet?
You’ll need online banking before you can sign up for e-statements. To enroll, click the Login button at redcrowncu.org, then click Enroll in online banking and follow the steps. When you finish enrolling, come back to the steps above.
How Your Statements Are Delivered
If all of your individual accounts have the same roles and addresses, all of your accounts appear on one combined statement sent monthly or quarterly, depending on your account types.
If you have some accounts that have a different role (Ex. added Joint Member) or a different address, we send those statements separately from your primary statement because we protect your financial privacy.
